    Sec 15. Purchase & Cash

    The Payment Application also allows the customer to withdraw cash during card payments by selecting Purchase & Cash in the Transaction List.

    • Enter desired Purchase amount using the keypad. Then press $100.00 OK.
    • Enter desired Cash (withdrawal) amount using the keypad. Then press $20.00 OK.

    The Payment Application supports various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, JCB and others.

    When you enter the wrong monetary value, the system will display INVALID AMOUNT screen.

    • INSERT OR SWIPE CARD to make a payment.
    • If an invalid monetary value is entered, the system will display INVALID AMOUNT screen.
    • Select Account Type by clicking CHEQUE, SAVINGS or CREDIT.
    • The system may charge a Service Fee for certain types of cards. If the customer agrees to proceed, press OK to proceed to the next screen.
    • Enter PIN, then press the green button to continue.

    If the payment process encounters an error, the system will communicate the type of error on a receipt which may be printed. Depending on the specific scenario, restart of individual steps may be required.

    After completing all steps to execute a payment, the system will return to the Transaction List page.
