    Sec 28.2 Printer Setup

    Setting up a printer for receipts involves configuring settings which determine how information appears on the printed receipt. This includes elements like headers, footers, and logos. Proper Setup ensures that receipts are professional, informative, and aligned with the specific business’ branding.

    • In the Setup page, select Printer Setup.

    Printer Setup

    Printer Setup includes:

    • Print Header
    • Print Footer
    • Print Logo

    Print Header

    The header is the top section of the receipt where the business name, logo, contact information, and any other relevant details can be prominently displayed.

    Print Footer

    The footer is the bottom section of the receipt. It’s often used for additional information like special offers, or a Thank You message.

    Print Logo

    Show merchant’s logo.
