    Sec 20.4 Reprint Pre-Auth

    The Reprint Receipt function allows the user to reprint the receipt for a previous transactions.

    This feature is useful in scenarios when a merchant requires an additional copy of the receipt for record-keeping purposes.

    The function involves identifying the specific transaction and initiating the reprint process.

    • On the Transaction List page , select
      Reprint Receipt to print a transaction.

    Reprint Receipt

    • LAST RECIPT refers to the most recent receipt printed in a transaction.
    • FIND RECIPT helps to locate a receipt for a specific transaction
    • The next step to locate a receipt for a specific transaction is to identify the transactions searching by amount, last four digits of the card used, authentication code or STAN.

    After locating the transaction, press SEARCH PAYMENTS, and the system will automatically print the receipt.
