    Sec 20.4 Reprint Pre-Auth

    The Reprint Pre-Auth function allows the user to reprint receipts for previous Pre-Auth transactions. This feature is useful in scenarios where a merchant or customer requires an additional copy of the receipt for record-keeping purposes.

    • On the “Other Pre-Auth” page, select
      “Reprint Pre-Auth” to print a transaction.

    Reprint Pre-Auth

    • LAST RECIPT refers to the most recent receipt printed in a Pre-Auth transaction.
    • FIND RECIPT helps to locate a receipt for a specific Pre-Auth transaction.
    • To locate a receipt for a specific Pre-Auth transaction, the first step is to identify the pre-authorised transaction by searching by amount, last four digits of the card used, authentication code and STAN.
    • Press FIND PRE-AUTH and the system will automatically print the receipt which match the entered details.
