    Sec 20.3 Delayed Completion

    The Delayed Completion feature allows merchants to charge an additional fee when goods or services have been added after the Final Completion has been processed. Delayed transactions may be processed up to 7 days after the initial transaction.

    • On the Other Pre-Auth page, select Delayed Completion to delay a transaction.

    Delayed Completion

    • The next step is to locate pre-authorised transactions that have not been finalised.
    • Once the correct Pre-Auth transaction is identified, the merchant can proceed by entering the Delayed Payment Amount.
    • Press Complete Pre-Auth to proceed with the transaction.
    • When the transaction is approved, the receipt will be displayed on the screen. To print a copy of the receipt, select PRINT RECEIPT. Otherwise, press NO RECEIPT REQUIRED.
    • After executing all necessary steps of the Delayed Completion, the system will navigate back to the Transaction List page.
