    Sec 27.1 Print Pending Transactions

    In a busy retail environment, transactions may occasionally need to be put on hold. The Print Pending Transactions feature enables businesses to create a tangible record of these pending transactions.

    This allows for a smoother flow of operations, ensuring that no sales are lost or overlooked.

    In the Reports List page, select Print Pending Transactions.

    The user has the option to select the Print Pending Transaction feature, which generates a receipt-like record of the pending transaction.

    Providing Customer Copy:

    The printed record can be provided to the customer as a tangible proof of their order.
