    Sec 28.5 RKI All Merchants

    The RKI All Merchants process involves downloading a remote key from the host server and saving it to the application for all merchants. This critical security procedure ensures that the encryption keys used for secure transactions are updated and synchronised.

    • In the Setup page, select RKI All Merchants to to initiate the process.

    • The system will prompt the merchant to Log on.
    • The system will display a confirmation message: Are you sure you want to perform a remote key injection? Respond using the Yes and No keys.
    • Carefully review the prompt to ensure the correct merchant is selected. Respond with Yes to proceed or No to cancel.
    • If the response is Yes, the system will begin the RKI process. A progress indicator may be displayed to show the process’ status.
    • Upon successful completion of the RKI process, the system will provide a confirmation message indicating that the operation was successful.
