    Sec 26. Card Status

    The Card Status function allows users to check the status of a card, whether it’s active, inactive, or in another state. This feature provides crucial information for managing card transactions effectively.

    • In the Transaction List page, select Card Status to check a card status.

    Card Status

    • PRESENT, INSERT OR SWIPE CARD to check a card.
    • Select account type by clicking CHEQUE, SAVINGS or CREDIT.
    • After selecting the account type, the system will notify the merchant to Remove Card.
    • To provide a merchant copy of the receipt, select Print Required. If a receipt is not needed, select No Receipt Required.
    • After completing all steps necessary to make the payment, the system will return to the Transaction List page.
