    Sec 28.8 Reset Terminal

    The Reset Terminal function allows to clear all EMV profile records from the terminal and perform a system reboot. This process is useful for troubleshooting or preparing the terminal for a fresh start.

    • In the Reports List page, select Reset Terminal.
    • The system will display a confirmation message. Respond Yes to initiate the reset process or No to cancel.
    • If the response is Yes, the system will begin the reset process. This involves initiating a system reboot and deleting all EMV profile records.
    • Following the deletion of EMV profile records, the terminal will perform a system reboot.
