    Sec 28.9 Diagnostic Enquiry

    The Diagnostic Enquiry function enables to perform a comprehensive diagnostic check on major features of the terminal, including the printer, card reader, battery, and other critical components. This process helps assess the functionality of these components.

    • In the Reports List page, select Diagnostic Enquiry to initiate the diagnostic process.

    Diagnostic Enquiry

    • The system will commence the diagnostic check.
    • Once the diagnostic check is finished, the system will present the results for each feature. These results will indicate whether each feature is functioning correctly or if any issues were detected.
